Sex toy allegations: Mark Garnier a UK minister under investigation


English Prime Minister Theresa May has requested an examination concerning its universal exchange serve, Mark Garnier, who apparently confessed to requesting that his own right-hand purchase sex toys and utilized a sexual slur against her.

Theresa May's office affirmed the examination after the Sunday Mail daily paper distributed Caroline Edmondson's charges and Garnier's confirmation.


Edmondson charged that Garnier took her to a sex shop in London in 2010 and requesting that her purchase two vibrators, one for his better half and one for a lady in his body electorate office, while he held up outside.

"Some other time in the bar he said to me in the becoming aware of others, 'You are going no place, sugar tits. He was concerned I would go off and work for another MP. It was horrendous" she said.

Garnier conceded in the Sunday Mail report that the two occasions occurred yet denies they constituted inappropriate behaviour, saying that he and Edmondson "got on fine" at the time yet that they later "dropped out" and that Edmondson was "disappointed. I'm not going to deny it, since I'm not going to be untrustworthy. I will need to endure it" he said.

UK Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt disclosed to The Andrew Marr Show on the BBC Sunday that there would be a Cabinet Office examination concerning "whether there has been a rupture of the Ministerial Code in this specific case." Hunt added May would keep in touch with the speaker of Parliament's House of Commons, John Bercow, "to ask his recommendation on the most proficient method to change this culture."
