The NLC has responded to the news to Buhari's Order for the Immediate Sack of Maina

Following President Muhammadu Buhari's request to promptly remove a previous Chairman of the Pension Reform Task Force, the NLC has responded to the news.

The leader of the Nigeria Labor Congress, Ayuba Wabba has praised President Muhammadu Buhari for making the intense move to arrange the prompt withdrawal from the administration of
Abdulrasheed Maina, a previous Chairman of the Pension Reform Task Force.

In a pithy articulation on Monday, Wabba depicted the way of Maina's re-engagement and presenting as Director of the Ministry of Interior as an attack against law and technique; an affront to Nigerians; and a joke of Mr President's battle against debasement.

He said it was to be sure the tallness of egotism and exemption.

"But those associated with the Maina Gate, each other individual in Nigeria knew about the report of the Senate after a meticulous examination; the refusal of Maina to benefit himself to the Senate or the EFCC; his being pronounced needed by the EFCC; his taking shelter in the hallways of energy at that point (finish with an entourage of outfitted faculty) before his resulting abscondment to an outside nation when control changed hands.

"Maina had all the chance to demonstrate his innocence in court on the off chance that he felt the Senate and EFCC were one-sided against him.

"Be that as it may, he didn't none of this. Rather, he and his co-backstabbers in the new passages of energy chose to do the inconceivable, advance and post him since they think we Nigerians have overlooked. It is sickening. It stinks to high sky.

"As a subsequent activity to Mr President's order, we at the Nigeria Labor Congress request a full examination of the conditions that prompted Maina's flight and reestablishment; and arraignment on charges of debasement.

"Mr President should immovably put his foot down, else a few people will refuse all that he has ever been known for!," Wabba noted.
